Broom’s Bloom Dairy in Bel Air is an absolute must for all of your ice cream cravings. The shop makes all of its own ice cream, plus it has a small cafe that serves sandwiches and other great lunch items.
The ice cream is seasonal, so technically they offer more than 100 flavors, but they only serve 10 to 18 at a time. The vanilla ice cream is very popular, and it gives a unique twist to this classic flavor. The hot food is also delicious, and regulars love the Maryland crab and cream of crab. If you can’t decide, you could always go for the Maryland half and half, which is a combination of the two. In the store, you can also pick up artisan cheeses, pork sausage and seasonal vegetables.
