The Bulle Rock golf course has been a favorite with Havre De Grace locals for a long time, thanks to its challenging course and top-notch maintenance. These are the same qualities that allowed the course to host the LPGA championship tournament for several years.
The course has recently changed ownership, but reviewers say that its most popular features remain intact, including the on-site restaurant of the same name that draws both golfers and non-golfers alike. If you visit for lunch you might start your meal with some cream of crab soup before moving on to a main course of seafood alfredo or blackened chicken penne. If you visit for dinner you’ll want to start with a glass of wine or custom-crafted cocktail (try the Azalea, made with Dogfish Head gin and fresh pineapple juice) while perusing the menu. Popular entrees include the kitchen’s signature crab cakes served with Old Bay aioli and barbecue ribs and shrimp served with lime slaw.
