Bulle Rock in Havre de Grace is known for having one of the very best golf courses on the Eastern seaboard. Less celebrated, but no less praiseworthy, is the on-site Bulle Rock Gourmet Pub and Grill, which has aspirations of becoming a local destination in its own right. Recent renovations to the space have updated the dining room decor and increased seating (both indoors and outdoors), so even if you’re not a golfer you’ll find plenty to love here—spectacular views, plenty of televisions for watching live sports, and a newly-revamped menu.
Overseen by chef Cory Sturgill, the kitchen is currently offering an array of soups, sandwiches, wood-fired pizzas, and grilled entrees to suit any appetite. Weekly specials give a sense of the kitchen’s range, including Monday night pizzas, authentic Mexican tacos on Tuesdays, jumbo lump crabcakes on Wednesdays, and tender prime rib on Saturday nights.
