Happening Now Near Your Abingdon Apartment: St. Matthew Christmas Festival of Lights

‘Tis the season for festive holiday light shows! If you’re looking for outdoor entertainment, you have to check out the eight annual St. Matthew Christmas Festival of Lights, about a 17-minute drive from Belcamp apartments. Drive through light displays synchronized to your favorite holiday tunes. Hum along as you bask in the glow of 100,000 lights.

Visit every night through December 31, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on weeknights and 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. on weekends. Bring your mask and you can even enjoy an indoor train garden, hot cocoa, and cookies inside the church from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday to Sunday evenings. Look out for a special display showing the streets of Bethlehem on Friday, December 18 and Saturday, December 19.

This light show is free! But bring a donation of a non-perishable food item or cash to support the food pantry and feel good about supporting a good cause while you enjoy some holiday charm. Check out details here or on the church website.
